Transitioning from Al-Barrak Agency to evergreen, handling all vessel particulars, using EDI (FASAH) port system from providing Vessel pre-arrival info, to welcoming the vessel to port and coordinate with planners to provide services for vessel and crew, to setting it off sailing, working both in office & field.
In addition to the above, I am handling:
* Official Communication officer with MAWANI
* Transshipment permit prep.
* Invoices Collection and due report.
* Letters Prep for various government offices in JIP.
* Working intermediately with port operators, customs & gov. authorities on daily basis.
* Office admin for operation team.
* Operations Document Archiving
