Receive all the phone calls and connect them to the appropriate persons.
Attend phone calls in a professional and courteous manner adhering to telephone etiquette.
Maintain the in and out time muster of visitor and contractors.
Reconcile temporary cards in each shift and a summary report on a daily basis
CCTV Operator
Fully conversant w/ CCTV operations and camera locations
Closely monitor and look out for any unauthorized intrusions and extrusions through the fire exits.
Use their own login ID’s and passwords to view playback
Ensure effective surveillance of the CCTV system and any abnormalities or deviations w/c may have security implications coming to notice shall be immediately escalated to Officer in Charge for follow up
