As Projects Director:
** - Ensures assigned projects are completed within budgets and schedules
- Manages program of projects and project managers to ensure successful completion.
- develops program and annual budget for regional capital project program.
- supervise the project funding and cost and responsible for interfacing with appropriate levels
of management to obtain funding approval signatures.
- Monitors progress, provides financial control and ensures quality of project.
- Responsible for ensuring that project managers:
· Manage the project team in a proper and professional way
· Develop schedules and budgets for assigned projects.
. Identify and evaluates alternative solutions to best meet program goals.
· Prepare detailed construction cost estimates for project funding authorization.
- Works cooperatively with and ensures that projects managers work cooperatively with the
appropriate Client Service Directors and project client to clarify specific needs and requirements
and keeps client and appropriate Client Service Director up-to-date on project status throughout
process.
- Participate in or oversee the pre-qualification and bid evaluation process for consultants,
contractors, and other outside vendors and selects vendors.
- Interacts with governmental branches and regulatory agencies as required to ensure that
projects comply with all applicable legal requirements and regulations.
- Makes presentations and raise progress reports to senior management including Chairman.
- Hires, manages and develops staff
Projects : Dammam hospital medical tower - M.O.H, Jazan civil defense - M.O.I, Administration
building M.O.I - Hafr albatin, 4 schools M.O.Educatin - Qurayat ), Civil I D building M.O.I, 125
plant sewage network - Khobar, Officer Club - Air force
Duties and responsibilities :
- Preparing material submittal, Cost analysis, Invoices for client, Subcontractor, Nominate and
comparison between subcontractor, suppliers and Awards the best
- Preparing and submittal variation orders
- Coordination between all Disciplines (Architectural & Structural drawings ) .
- Preparing workshop drawing using AUTOCAD for different element.
- Preparing the quantity take off using EXCEL.
- Preparing monthly report using Primavera, excel & PowerPoint and photo Shop.
- Preparing Schedule Layout Project Planner & updating using Primavera
Projects: Crowne plaza AL Khobar five-stars hotels consists of 2 towers (B+G+M+ 16T stories),
public areas, restaurants, tea lounge, penthouse and gym.
