Duties
• Produced monthly reporting for the Board of Capita Organisational Health, including Business Unit Variance Analysis Report, Working Capital Forecast Analysis, Major Capital Expenditure Items report, Headcount, Accrued Income including ageing, Deferred Income, Debtors Analysis, Division Sales Order Intake, Sales Order Book, Acquisitions, Vacancies analysis and associated supporting schedules and performance indicators.

• Supported the financial analysis, accounting and reporting of major strategic projects across the Organisational Health division, including the RPP and OH Transformation projects, ensured tracking of all revenue, cost and forecast movements
• Provided operational support and challenge to the business, helped identify and delivered operational efficiencies and cost reduction opportunities. Advocated the use of zero hour contract doctors and nurses resulted in a £50k annual saving
Finance Analyst Business Partner
• Worked as a business partner for the Sickness and Absence Management business unit, provided robust and insightful Management Information for the senior management team, provided objective and analytical insight into business performance and highlighted risks and opportunities for the business at the monthly business review meeting.
• Delivered significant savings for the organization, whilst acting as a lead on a cross-functional team leveraging greater usage of permanent doctors and nurses in order to reduce costs and maximize financial efficiencies
