-building and refreshing sourcing and buying sources
-Engineering and technical support while building World Jeans facility in the beginning of production end of 2008
--Quality evaluation and quality system evaluation missions by QA director/Raymond Chow and Ricky Lau orders.(world jeans co)2009 and placing correction plans.
- Monitoring vendors and production plans to ensure PO production schedule and production status information are accurate
- verify weekly basis sufficient capacity available to meet Delivery dates
- Maintain constant communication with vendors via facial communication;email or telephone to review factory production schedule and if there are any issues may affect the delivery.
- negotiating and Analyse to identify problems in production schedule plan against reality and facts.
- Working and recommending with vendors to develop solutions for any issues can affect the delivery.
- verify all info accuracy provided by vendors
- Cooperating with Production;merchandising&Sourcing teams for any running or sudden issues may affect delivery or vendor's performance
- representing Engineering department in Egypt for issues or projects that for saving targets.
-solving technical or engineering issues that affect quality;cost or production.
- develop solutions to address potential shipment delays
