- Set and develop the Operation policy schedules (engineering specifications, orders and related information) to obtain knowledge of manufacturing methods, procedures and activities.
-Propose the Operation cost for the workshops' process which efects on design changes for the Project Development and Product Design Manger for review, action and control.
-Ensure the proper communication between both production and quality departments and informed by all workshops' processes and engineering specifications.
-Set the workshops' Operation inspection of recording, forms, policies and process procedures.
-Develop, design and formulate the workshops' methods, by improve quality level to evaluate precision and accuracy of production and testing equipment and engineering drawings.
-Establish and implement departmental policies, goals, objectives and procedures, conferring with the executive members, management team and staf as necessary.
-Understand, implement and enforce the safety program.
-Oversee activities directly related to the manufacture and supply of labels.
-Monitor departmental performance against goals to ensure that progress is being made, and that corrective action is taken if necessary.
-Manage the movement of finished labels and materials in and out of the facility.
-Protect the organization's value by keeping information confidential.
-Always maintain professionalism, tact, diplomacy, and sensitivity to portray the company in a positive manner.
-Develop and implement new business strategies for creating or improving processes and procedures to improve performance.
- Achieve production plan with promotion dept. target plan.
-Ensure safety work place and environment, and follow all safety regulations.
-Improve workers' skills to improving the productivity.
-Stick products with STD.
-Check all raw material used in production line. Oversee and direct the activities of subordinate managers and non-management staf.
-Determine stafing requirements and oversee the interview, hiring and training of new employees with the assistance of the human resources department.
-Ensure compliance with company policy, procedures and applicable regulations.
-Provide coaching and mentoring and conduct evaluations of all subordinate managers within the department.
