Duties and Responsibilities:
* Consult the high level management in setting policies regarding internal control procedures.
* Set internal process and procedures to be followed in the company divisions to treat with the system process after the COO approval.
* Preparing management reports and maintains analytical reporting tools that enable the company to make the decisions.
* Shrink analyst (specify the shrink items. clarify reason. Give Suggestion .and supervised The Suggestion implementing)
* View & Supervise the physical count in the stores & the WH and reconciliation of month end inventory.
* Perform a perpetual inventory count and inspect any differences

Monitor & Control all of the system transactions with the physical process and having the periodical maintenance for the system Quantity by the following:
* Update the Monthly counting & closing.
* Stock tacking the entire Inventory into the store.
* Control & confirm the internal & external transfers and amends any errors
* Control & update the store consumables Inventory & expenses for the entire store.
* Check and treat not sold items
* Check and treat slow or not moving items from the WH to the stores
* Fixing the Rejected sales with the periodic counting.
* Fixing the Key departments sales & unknown plucodes in the cash register.
* Maintain the system Qty against the physical Inventory in the stores.
* Move & update the scanning (sales) to the correct products.
* Stock adjustment creations & Confirmations.
* Control & approve the DSD orders. (checking the orders qty to not get over stock)
* DSD Confirmations. ( confirm the received invoices)
* Shelving's spaces management: Setting / updating and maintain the items Max-Min levels into the stores for automatic replenishment from the warehouse.
* Control the daily SBR (the automatic orders from whs) process and fix any variances in the on hand Qty or wrong Max-Min levels to reduce the modification.
* Control & update the taxable damage & expiry.
* Control the expiry dates. ( check after head dept checking)
* Control the retail change. ( check after head dept checking)
* Control the shelf tags into the stores. ( check the achievement of the scanning dept on this)

- I worked in many departments before being inventory controller Like grocery, Customer service, Warehouse.
- I worked with training dept for two months to train all The System users how to use the new system. And I have a very good idea about doing presentations.
