RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Plan, direct, coordinate, and lead activities of
projects to ensure that goals, objectives and all elements are accomplished within the prescribed time frame and funding parameters.
2. Review funding application to determine time frame, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing project, staffing requirements, and allotment of available resources to various phases of project.
3. Establish work plan and staffing for each phase of project, and arrange for assignment
of project personnel.
4. Responsible for supervision of all consultants, the Partnership Coordinator/terms of Contact, and all planning/administrative staff assigned to the Project to ensure it is on schedule and within budget.
5. Outline work plan to assign duties, responsibilities, and scope of authority.
6. Review status reports prepared by project personnel and modify schedules or plans as
required. Prepare and review project reports for presentation to Executive Committee.
7. Confer with project personnel to provide technical advice and to resolve problems.
8. Coordinate activities of governmental and
organizations
9. Responsible for overall quality and management of the projects.
10. Oversee budget, ensure financial accountability.

 Identify concept design, design development, design drawings for Port Ghalib's new projects.
 Attend senior management follow-up progress meetings to:
Review performance and evaluate compliance with terms of contracts. Handle suppliers' payments. Review and participate in preparing material forecasting needs for activities.
 Supervising and monitoring all stages of the execution of projects.
 Cost analysis, estimating, man-hours forecasting and planning for projects
 Participate in preparing cost and cash flow annual Budget report for departments. Ensure that each employees need to be aware of duties of their jobs and how to perform those duties.
 Provide professional advice, expertise and practical assistance to site engineers.
 Preparing cost and cash flow monthly report: assess achievements at the mid-point and discuss with the seniors to modify, add, or remove any goals if necessary. Discuss any issues or obstacles that preventing compliance of achievements and goals. Monitoring performance and giving feedback. Managing performance problems by sitting-up regular to discuss the employee’s progress and ensure any plans are being followed.
 Participate fully in the performance management process.

 Monitors Subcontractor's work schedule, safety performance and work quality.
 Ensures Client's specifications and requirements are implemented according to agreed upon deliverables; produces punch lists and coordinate completion of those lists.
 Evaluates and determines appropriate construction delivery systems and the most cost-effective plan and schedule for completing the project.
 Organizes and attends site meetings on Contractor's and Supplier's quality and performance to ensure adherence to established standards.
 Ensures that site comply with current health and safety regulations and Company’s safety policies.
 Develops good safety culture by ensuring that all personnel are trained or well briefed (method statements, risk assessments) in the tasks they undertake.
 Supervise/manager, site Agents and monitor progress/productivity on site.
 Monitor/coordinate the movement and allocation of Company resources to achieve maximum utilization and efficiency.

Job responsibilities; -
* Revising shop drawings, applying and approved them for construction in the site.
* Making architectural details drawings.
* Responsible for quantities surveying, estimating and tendering and approving dues.
* Materials review and approval for finishing works and modernizing raw materials for finishing improving elevations and depreciating costs.
* Following up planning and time schedule and making daily and weekly technical reports for the progress of works and expressing opinion about different problems in the project.
* Responsible for quality control and contracting.
* Design some villas and residential buildings.

3- Project manager for El-Yassmin village project (10th of Ramadan City)
It is consists of 167 villas, commercial building and the healthy building.
And the infra structure for the project. With a total cost 69 million L.E.
