• Develops strategy for advancing Bank-wide initiatives. Helps define and recommend priorities to leadership. Makes long range planning recommendations.
• Leads Bank-wide project planning efforts and oversees project execution to ensure adherence to strategic objectives and priorities.
• Maintains visibility of strategic initiatives throughout the bank to ensure successful implementation. • Review pipeline against ongoing program delivery to drive priorities for take-on and implementation • Identify tactical interventions to support fast tracked delivery of strategic programs

• Responsible for project delivery (cost, schedule, quality, information) on multiple program streams assignments
• Manage project stream activities from conception through completion in accordance with program objectives
• Manages all budgets, schedules, scope development, design and contracts, documents, procedures and controls
for assigned program stream
• Manages the review and approval process for Client change orders
• Coordinates with Program Manager for proper posting in reporting program
• Attends assigned meetings to cover weekly progress meetings; issues meeting minutes during
• Resolves complex stream related issues, disputes, and disagreements
