• Supporting the CoE Lead to design and develop content for global CoE Compensation & Benefits service offerings
• Management responsibility for Compensation & Benefits (C&B) CoE within the region and global topic owner to centrally push development of CoE tools and frameworks for global use by the business
• Provision of CoE consultancy expertise to HR teams and HRBPs in order to enable an understanding and to facilitate implementation of CoE offerings
• Design and development of appropriate solutions (advice, specific tools, products, policies) with regards to global business needs

• Managing the Compensation and Benefits department in defining a fair, equitable and competitive total compensation benefits packages, creating and maintaining the employees grading, creating the HR Budget and creating the company Headcount planning
• Managing the Payroll department in maintains payroll information by designing systems, directing the collection, calculation, and entering of data. Updates payroll records
• Managing the HRIS department in processing employee data, producing HR-related reports and ensuring compliance with relevant local and national regulations. To be successful in this role, you should be familiar with databases and HR software like payroll systems and Applicant Tracking Systems
• Managing the welfare team & Employees relations department in designing Employee Relations Program Design, Implement Policies and Procedures, Resolve Workplace Conflicts, Address Employee Concerns to Management and provide advise to them
• Developing and implementing HR initiatives in line with organisational objectives
• Leading the organisation’s HR departments, including talent acquisition, learning and development, employee engagement, compensation and benefits, talent management HR information systems (HRIS) and financial planning of the department
• Liaising directly with the executive board and being accountable for the performance of the HR function and the departments within it, as well as providing strategic counsel on all people matters

• Processing Payroll change forms, which include changes in all allowances (e.g. Transportation, Acting & other)
• Recording the Monthly vacation Leaves and overtime sheets
• Update the payroll with the new hires and with the resignation
• Prepare & review the employee’s annual & monthly payroll tax reconciliation
• Preparing the Pay slips for employees & ensuring that all pay slips hardcopies are kept in files that should be handled strictly confidential
• Follow salary cashing \Bank transfers procedures (payroll system).
• Preparing the monthly Governmental checks
• Preparing the Payroll JV and Finance JV
• Establishing and maintaining the employee’s files
• Prepare form one and send it to the labour office
