Role:
• Designing, configuring, implementing, and supporting of web solutions, in a global environment including publishing web application servers, portals, directory servers, and single-sign-on servers
• Monitoring full projects life cycle on all Internet networking infrastructure and implementations analysis, design, testing, and support of the deployed technologies
• Analyzing information system needs, evaluating end-user requirements, planning, designing, implementation & management of large systems including Internet Browsing, hosting applications servers and publishing Companies websites on the Internet by using reverse Proxy
• Preparing all technical documents for bidding such as project justifications, Waiver and scope of Work then review all technical proposals that presented by vendors to select one of them and follow-up implementation and Operation plan
• Contributing towards enforcement and improvement of internet systems high availability, ensuring that all hardware, software, policies, and procedures are up-to date with industry best practices
• Monitoring IT services baselines with respect to cost, resource deployment, time over-runs and quality compliance to ensure its satisfactory execution
• Managing relationship with stakeholders while keeping stakeholders informed of progress and issues in order to manage expectations on all project requirements and deliverables
• Liaising with:
o IT Security team and Network operations staff to ensure a stable environment for internet and intranet applications
o SEC business stakeholders, projects department and manage external vendors relationships to help implement Intranet and Internet Systems including upgrading or changing the existing systems to be more secure and reliable
• Supervising a team of 6 Systems Engineers in order to provide full support for the internet and intranet infrastructure in the 5 main Data Centers of Saudi Electricity Company and its numerous remote sites

• Efficiently took several measures such as implement Citrix XenApp Portal for publishing SEC Business Application to be accessible from the internet to ensure that solution architecture was in line with requirements specified by clients
• Played a key role in providing support in configuration of High availability Internet Services and created business rules
• Pivotally overcame the VPN security breach by eliminating the huge number of users that are accessing inside SEC network without restrictions and giving them access only to specific applications instead of accessing their PCs inside SEC network
