I am responsible for all Financial, Accounting and Administrative aspects for all the company activities. My job duties include:-
• Supervise an average of seventeen accountants in my department.
• The various Sections under my supervision include Accounts payable, Accounts receivable, General ledger, Cash and banks, Board and Share holders affairs, payroll and administration.
• Prepare monthly Financial Statements and statistics.
• Analyzed statistics for senior management teams.
• Prepare Final financial statements for the year.
• Prepare financial documentation for the Board and general assembly meeting.
•Assisting Senior Managers in coordinating team initiatives & activities.
•Provide feedback to Sections Leaders & Specialists to close gaps via means of coaching, quick starts or presentations.
• Carrying audits on the company financial and accounting activities to ensure, companies policies & procedures are compiled with.
• Prepare the company budget and report any divisions of that budget to make sure if it is justified.
• Participate in the financial aspects for all company's contracts before signing them.
• Follow up all projects under construction (their progress, budget, payment, deduction, penalties etc
• Handle the Company cash flow at all time with senior managements.
• Handle all taxes issues and social insurance and all governmental fund boxes
• Familiar with creation of companies, sale of shares in companies, capital increases and modifications to company structures.

I am an ACCA member . I received the honors of being the man of the year 3 times during my work in Saudi arabian Air line.
