1- Build, Review, Drafting documents, letters and contracts tailored to the client's individual needs and negotiating with clients and other professionals to secure agreed objectives and Liaise and coordinate approvals with the contractors.
2- Troubleshoot contract-related problems, such as breach of contract, and Maintain contractual records and documentation such as receipt and control of all contract correspondence, contractual changes, status reports and other documents for all projects, or factual measures that would mitigate such risks.
3- Able to prepare contract draft, contract letters and documents independently (LOI & RFQ and RFI etc. ) in coordinating with customer/client and/or preparation of correspondences for final settlement of any revision in order to have the original documents,
4- Follow Life Cycle of Contracts and Record the contract into project contract system Serve as the point of contact for the Managing Director and Project Managers for all contractual matters in conjunction with active contracts.
5- Stay abreast of the latest developments and changes in contract laws, advising clients on any risks that may arise during contract drafting, coordinating with internal depts, explaining contract obligations towards them,
6- Ensure that My Company interests are safeguarded, provides recommendations to the concerned Division (Operations or Construction) as needed, and drafts such contracts based on My Company requirements
7- Coordinate with the procurement department for the adequate management of Buyer-furnished equipment to the supplier and to influence supplier and subcontractor pre-qualification and contracts.
8- Review all relevant contracts to monitor compliance with and adherence to contractual terms in order to ensure the protection of the company’s legal interests.
9- Prepare and disseminate information regarding contract status, compliance, modifications, etc. and Preparation/ drafting of contractual letters/ submittal in coordination with the project team to ensure that all terms and conditions are met etc.
10- Assist in reviewing contractual notices of claims and Responsible for the timely preparation of legal and contractual documents and correspondence such as Request for Proposals (RFP) and other legal or contractual packages as required.
