The Work include:
Monitors and resolves any issues or notifications concerning project execution.Manage subcontractor's contracts and performance.
Ensure timely handover of submittals and change orders
Projects: - Almaza Hotels 1, 2, 3, Almaza Bay at Marsah Matrouh, Staff Houses of Almaza Bay at Marsah Matrouh, 10 Villas at Golf Makady Beach at Hurghada, Staff Houses of Makady Bay at Hurghada, Staff Cafeteria of Makady Bay at Hurghada and total cost 95 million LE
•Assess and reviews the project Key Performance Indicators to determine accurate status of project, making tactical decisions for allocating resources, and assigning staff requirements, to maintain project on target.
•Manage changes to Engineering scope and assisting obtaining written client approval on all changes before proceeding with work
Department on‐boarding and induction (procedures, guidelines, policies, etc.). Collaborates with his Project Management Team Managers in directing and supervising personnel.

The Work Include :
Forecasting required human resources and equipment.
Allocating project managers, site engineers and foremen on different projects.
Clarifying and communicating all duties, responsibilities and expectations of all project stakeholders as well as setting up all communication channels.
Developing project plans along with the project managers.
