Project: Design and Build of ADNOC Service Stations at different locations in Dubai Emirate, Client: Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC).

Take lead role to manage contractual and commercial matters on project and liaise with the project management consultant and client, report cost implications arising from variations, instructions, claims etc. in accordance with the set standards and procedures of the Client. Provide advice on contractual and commercial matters and assists with related correspondence on a regular basis. Evaluation of interim payments, final accounts, variations, Extension of Time claims and prepare submittals/ recommendations for Client’s review/approval.

Project: Infrastructure Works for Emirati Neighborhood in Zayed City (total value of around $ 600 Million), Abu Dhabi, Client: Abu Dhabi General Services Company (Musanada).

Took lead role to manage contractual and commercial matters of projects, report cost implications arising from variations, instructions, claims etc. in accordance with the set standards and procedures of the Client. Provide advice on contractual and commercial matters and assists with related correspondence on a regular basis. Evaluation of interim payments, settlement of final accounts, variations, Extension of Time claims, disputes and prepare submittals/recommendations for Client’s review/approval.

Project: Development of South Shamkha Infrastructure at Abu Dhabi (total value $ 450 Million), Client: Abu Dhabi General Services Company (Musanada).

Took lead role to manage contractual and commercial matters on the project and liaise with the project management consultant and client, report cost implications arising from variations, instructions, claims etc. in accordance with the set standards and procedures of the Client. Provide advice on contractual and commercial matters and assists with related correspondence. Interact with Project Management Consultant, Client representatives and the Contractor in respect of all contractual matters. Update Variations, Claims and New Rates trackers. Evaluation of variations, Extension of Time claims, Disputes and prepare submittals/recommendations for Client’s review/approval, evaluation of interim payments and settlement of final accounts.

Project: Al Ghadeer Development, Phase I (A mixed-use development project in Abu Dhabi), Total value of $390 million, Client: Sorouh Real Estate.

Involved in various infrastructure work packages relating to design and construction, with a total value of around $390 million, which include roads, buildings, potable water, irrigation, and stormwater drainage, sewerage, pumping stations, sewerage treatment plant, electrical distribution works and substations. Liaise with Client in all financial and contractual matters, providing advice on contractual issues and assist with related correspondence. Evaluation of variations and claims and prepare submittals for Client’s approval, evaluation of interim payments and settlement of final accounts.
