Project: Makkah Projects - Projects consisting of 12 Sub projects as Holy Haram Expansion, Mataf Expansion, First Ring Road, Kudai, Ajyad Hospital etc.
Execution Consultant: Dar AlHandasa. Contractor: Saudi Binladin Group Duties:
• Participate in preparing the procedures of submittals and evaluation of claims, variations, payment certificate, tendering and bids.
• Monitoring implementing the project contractual procedures.
• Review and study the Contractor bids, claims and variations, then report and advice the Employer.
• Review and study the contractual matters of the correspondences received from the Contractor and Execution Consultant, then preparing the proper reply. Also, study and review the Employer and the Project Management correspondences to advice the proper reply.

Duties:
• Understanding responsibilities and terms under the Main Contracts.
• Participating in identifying and selecting the subcontracting packages.
• Collecting data and information required to prepare the subcontracting documents.
• Reviewing the design documents.
• Preparing subcontracting Scope of Work, Matrix of Responsibilities and Scope Limits.
• Assessing sites and the working conditions.
• Preparing Price Estimation for the subcontracting packages by using prices of previous projects.
• Preparing and dispatching invitations for proposal.
• Following-up with Work Contractors for their technical and commercial proposals.
• Evaluating Work Contractors’ qualifications and ability to carry out the subcontracting work.
• Analyzing, evaluating and comparing received proposals to provide recommendation on the most suitable one.
• Achieving fair and competitive prices by negotiating with Work Contractors.
• Preparing and finalizing the contracts.
• Analyzing and finalizing the Work Contractors’ claims and variations.
• Following up, supporting and assisting the Project Management team in dealing with Work Contractors.
• Resolving any conflicts which arose between Project Management team and Work Contractors.
Project: Abdali Boulevard, Amman - Jordan.
Consultant: Laceco, Beirut - Lebanon.
Contractor: Saudi Ouger, Amman - Jordan. Duties:
• Preparing and finalizing variation orders with the contractor.
• Preparing and finalizing the Facade (glazing) measurements and interim payment certificate with the contractor.
Project: Cleveland Clinic, Abu Dhabi - UAE
Duties:
• Handling the construction works on site.
• Coordinating and dealing with other subcontractors.
• Obtaining the main contractor and consultant's approvals.
• Selection of the exclusion zone.
• Handling the logistics backup for material and equipment.
Project: Dar Alhekma IT & Data Building
Duties:
• Managing the construction works onsite,
