Key Responsibilities:
Compiling and submitting monthly reports to top management, the company's CFO regarding the financial statues of the organization.
Monthly closing for Factory and management accounts, preparing and reviewing monthly TB before submitting it to CFO.
Quarterly report for VAT and prepare declaration for CFO to provide and upload on ZATCA site.
Finalizing all monthly transactions and reports for the sister companies and provide monthly TB to CFO.
Prepare quarterly in-house financial reports sharing with CFO to present it to the owner.
Follow up with all suppliers and customers to match and confirm balances.
Follow up and submit all reports, TB, and accounts with external auditors and reviewing the draft of financial statements before present to the owner.
Work on transfer and implementation accounting system from Quickbook system to ERP system (SAGE X3).
a team of accountants to execute wide range of finance and accounting functions like financial reporting, cash and subcontractors/suppliers reconciliation, banks accounts, monthly closing, finalization of accounts.
•Compiling and submitting monthly reports to top management, the company's financial director and all branches regarding the financial statues of the organization.

•Effectively managing accounting operations including follow-up to the payment orders for the Ministry of Finance on a daily basis and provide a daily report by the Director General.
•Administering day-to-day accounting functions like general ledger accounts, allocation of expenses and vital adjustments for ensuring compliance, cost cutting methods, etc.
• Commanding all accounting functions and inventory management including inventory of fixed assets, warehouse inventory, quarterly earnings tabulations and the end of the financial year computations.
•Executing month end, quarter end and fiscal year end obligations of the company like: closing of all books of accounts, ledgers, cash flow statements, bank reconciliations, job costing statements as well as value added tax (VAT) in the company on the Oracle system.
•Coordinating financial strategic planning, analysis, and reporting activities for Fund monthly inventory, preparing periodic inventory records and submitting them to the Chairman of the board of directors for review and action.
•Providing accurate and timely financial reports and forecasts for the company to provide clear insight into its financial condition to assist high quality and agile decision making.
