COMPANY ACTIVITIES: Registration and Certification of pharmaceutical products and all related products to “Human & Veterinary” use at Russian Federation by cooperation with Russian Experts Company.
OBJECTIVES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Establish data base of all targeted segment regardless of origin or location.
• Screening data by activity of clients.
• Developing proper networking with key decision makers of pharmaceutical manufacturers.
• Provide all intended studies whether were by official organization or private or by us based on the market.
• Develop and implement contract agreement instructions, policies, and procedures.
• Follow up all changes, decisions, conditions added by ministry of Russian Health and Government.
• Develop our presence at world events by visiting, participating or viewing exhibitors of fair. As well as we are a sole agent of Russian APTEKA Fair for MENA region.
• Manage all documents by clients based on the Russian law inquiries.
• Manage collection and payment schedule as per agreement.
- General trading for major accounts and clients through tendering assigned procurement's to supply with turnkey projects’ agreements.
- Manage revenue generation made by services offering toward prospects and targeted clients-base into the most cost effective solutions.
- Identify business opportunities that match the company objectives and vision.
- Develop customer-base relation and maintain contacts with key decision makers.
- Provide regular analysis and envisioned impact on the offered services.
- Follow-up new tenders and specific requirements of clients' orders.
- Design, build and manage implementation of projects schedules for deliverable.
- Arrange required studies to mature new business ideas with proper approach.
- Prepare annual business forecast/plan and revise them with realistic deployment.
- Maintain local, regional & global business interaction with vendors and suppliers.
- Additionally, Manage Riyadh Office operation & administration matters on daily bases.
- Define the best sales strategy and objectives for proper implementations.
- Start-up markets with aim of penetration serving targeted customers at their lands and filed of business.
- Closing contracts with promises of support showing track of records among other clients.
- generating revenue by on-going education and training of promised results

- Monitoring competition related offering/products and services to remain above level of expectations.
