Coordinating a project for the surveying of airport land in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
1 / administration staff, coordination and arrangement of work in response to manufacturing orders required by product type .
2 / receive applications from the main office by e-mail to detail for each application and delivery dates .
3 / receive monthly inventory to cover the financial expenses of manufacturing and salaries of employees and then prepare monthly reports for each expenditure.
Responsibilities:
From 2008 to 2009:
- update costumer-s data and documents
- send all the updated documents to the archive daily
- sending a daily report of all the updated accounts to the manager.
From 2009 to 2010:
- Responsible for processing the private corporates service center systems errors.
From 2010 to 2011:
- Responsible for processing the north region branch's systems errors.

Achievements:
- I got a lot of experiences in banking field and data entry and also a lot of skills in processing one of the biggest banks systems errors using (CCR and BEAM).
- I got a reward for being the best employer that happens every 6 month in the department.

- Follow-up appointments.
- Coordinate and communicate with clients and contractors.
- Participate in tenders for small and medium companies.
- Preparing daily and weekly reports.
- Follow-up all the emails and faxes and reply under my managers commands.
- Typing letters that concern government and the embassies.
