PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Training Specialist.
Establish an authorized training center
develop sales training syllabus and its courses depending on sales staff training needs
Coordinate ongoing training sessions
Analyze the training needs
Develop the annual and monthly training Schedules
Develop and organize training manuals, multimedia visual aids, and other educational materials.

BASIC FUNCTION:
Directing the overall operations of Newhorizon Training Institute, .
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Direct, supervise, and develop the Training Department personnel to ensure a highly motivated and efficient staff.
2. Coordinate ongoing instructor training
3. Observe and evaluate instructors’ performance and initiate appropriate corrective actions and reports as required.
4. Support Sales Department, providing knowledge of all available classes and working to accommodate clients’ special needs
5. Train The Trainer on the new training methods
6. Develop testing and evaluation procedures
7. Develop and organize training manuals, multimedia visual aids, and other educational materials.
8. Analyze training needs to develop new training programs or modify and improve existing programs
9. Train instructors and supervisors in techniques and skills for training and dealing with employees and students
10. Deal with other corporations that supervise our work
11. Request the international test and certification for our students
12. Direct, supervise, and develop the Operation Department personnel to ensure a highly motivated and efficient staff.
Create the trimester schedule. Coordinate timely publication and distribution.
13. Direct the optimum utilization of instructors, classrooms, computers, and other resources to deliver training.
14. Develop and recommend budget requirements for instructors and other resources required for training

BASIC FUNCTION:
Deliver quality classes to a variety of client.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Teach assigned classes.
2. Assist the Training Manager in supporting the Sales Department.
• Provide the base knowledge to Account Executives in areas of expertise.
• Assist Account Executives in determining clients’ needs.
3. Set up computers at onsite locations and perform basic troubleshooting when equipment is not operational.
4. Perform other duties and tasks as designated by the Training Manager.
