Roles and Responsibilities:
•Conducting GAP audit for various client and submitting the report with the non conformances along with the corrective action .
•Ensuring Food safety and hygiene training were imparted in site at periodic intervals.at various client locations.
•Creating a Food safety Managements System (FSMS) for the client.
•Monitoring site and ensuring the non conformances were discussed with the client and closed in an timely manner.
•Review the daily audit report and summarise the major challenges with relate to food safety.
•Creating a Monthly report (Site wise) which explains food safety goals that were achieved for the month.
•Coordinating with the food safety officers in ensuring that the set goals were achieved and the non conformances observed at the site were closed.

Role and Responsibilities:
•Explain the program and procedures to be followed to lose and gain desired amount of weight.
•Review of weight loss and gain statistics to determine the progress.
•Discuss the varied eating habits of the clients according to their nature of works and timings and modify it according to their health condition.
•To handle obesity, diabetes, hypertension, PCOS and underweight clients.
•To Review client food dairy at regular intervals and identify the eating habits which do not coincide with the established dietary program
