Roles and Responsibilities
Preparation of Monthly Interim Payment Application and agreeing with Consultant as part of the payment process.
Prepare the Sub-contract Agreement based on the agreeing terms and conditions achieved through the tender/ negotiations.
Issue the Sub-contractor’s Site Instruction according to project management requirements wit hall associated information.
Prepare monthly Payment Certificate for the Subcontractor’s
Prepare Variation Orders for Sub Contractor’s activities and conclude the process with agreeing terms and condition for the Variation order.
Prepare the letter of credit (LC) request according to Sub-contractor’s Agreement payment terms and conditions
Review contract-related documents and follow up with the relevant team for the conclusion of the documentation.
Prepare and Finalize Cost Value Reconciliation Report on monthly basis for the assessment of the project status.
Prepare the cost Implication against Variation and negotiation with the Consultant/Client to improve the surety of the Cost to Complete.
Prepared all materials requirements in reference to the construction drawing, specification, Bills of Quantities, and identifying the variation.
Prepare the Unit Rate breakdowns and relevant backup documents to agree on the variation with necessary parties involved (Client/ Consultant).
Carried Joint measurements with sub-contractors and clients for valuations and variations and rectify disputes
Prepared all Material Schedules for the procurement.
Maintaining Logs (Invoices Log, Insurances log, Variation orders log, Site Instructions log)
Review Contract Document and Sending RFI/Clarification about the Tender Documents
Floating Inquires, Quotation comparisons and negotiations with Subcontractors/Suppliers
