• Management of all digital communication channels targeting internal and external market participants, whilst staying abreast and at the forefront of
evolving digital channels.
• Development of the DFM digital communications strategy.
• Development of digital brand guidelines, in line with the overall DFM brand
guidelines by working closely with Brand Development.
• Develop a process and support website content owners, oversee and manage the content of the DFM and Borse Dubai websites, whilst identifying
opportunities for cross promotion and cross-linkages between DFM and
NASDAQ Dubai websites.
• Day to day management of digital platforms and their content.
• Development, delivery and effective measurement of E-communications with internal and external target audiences.
• Content syndication and corporate presence on relevant social networking
sites, (LinkedIn, Twitter, and other relevant digital platforms)
• Develop and manage Search Engine Marketing, e.g. Google Ad Campaigns.
• Ensure website Search Engine Optimization is applied to websites to drive
traffic.
• Identify opportunities to drive relevant traffic to the DFM website.
• Raise awareness of the DFM website and content.
• Delivering digital communications supporting corporate communications
plans, enabling integrated communications campaigns across all channels.
• Utilize content provided by owners and generating digital content e.g.
podcasts.
• Delivery of digital tools and micro-sites supporting corporate communication
plans.
• Support and develop income generation through digital output, in particular
Online advertising banner opportunities.
• Adopting innovation and best practices in digital communications.
• Communicate consistently DFM corporate messages across all Digital
communications
• Developing and managing effective measurement of the website, including
regular website reporting and analysis, tracking websites figures to identify
contents and revenue opportunities.
• Champion DFM brand across DFM Digital communications ensuring they meet
DFM brand guidelines and reflect DFM positioning and values.
• Project managing the DFM SUKUK event.
