1-Responsible for handling the communication with buyer.
2-Pricining and Purchase Orders Management.
3-Adhere to all POs deadlines and schedules
4-Purchase order filing and document management
5-First point of contact for issues with purchase orders
6-Review all orders and validate against vendor order confirmations to insure accuracy
prior to shipment.
7-Resolve discrepancies with buyers and/or vendor.
8-Following up approvals &confirmation regarding shipping date, fabric, trims, print or embroidery samples, ETC...
9-Work with warehouse to assist in resolving problem orders and invoicing.
10-Production follow up
11-Sending & handling shipping order and documents till final commercial invoices.
