· Processing information's - Compiling, coding, categorizing, calculating, tabulating, auditing or verifying information or data
· Evaluating information to Determine Compliance with Standards - Using relevant information and individual judgment to determine whether events or processes comply with laws, regulations or standards
· Communicating with Supervisors, Peers or Subordinates - Providing information to supervisors, co workers and subordinates by telephone, in written form, e-mail or in person
· Interview patients or their representatives to identify problems relating to care
· Maintain knowledge of community services and resources available to patients
· Refer patients to appropriate health care service and resources
· Investigate and direct patient inquires or complaints to appropriate medical staff members and follow up ensure satisfactory resolution

· Collect and report data on topics such as patient encounters and inter-institutional problems, making recommendations for change when appropriate
