 Marketing Essential Duties:
•Implementing the company's marketing plan monthly/Quarterly/Annually.

•Communicate with the local media division in order to coordinate ongoing interviews with specialists from a company within the social programs and the most common among community groups. As per confirmation from media.
•Invitation of the media / press for the coverage and follow up the press releases and reports to serve the proper functioning of the campaign.

 Event Management Essential Duties:
•Stage setup including (Podium, Screens, Audio & light system).
•Hall decoration including (Flower & center piece arrangement, Accessories, table flags & branding setup…).
•Arranging for Documenting through Video recording & photographing.
•Registration supervision for the attendees.
•Execution for Printable Materials & Gift Items for the event.
•Coordinate events related to sponsorships.

 Exhibition Responsibilities:
•Exhibitor space booking.
•Coordinating with the exhibition organizer for final design & graphics approval.
•Supervision for electricity capacity booking & structural calculation for the stand for final approve.
•Exhibition entries registration for the contractor & exhibitor badges.
•Representing the organization at the exhibitions.
