Main tasks included: planning, pre- / post-event set up and preparations, follow up with suppliers, quotations’ preparation, and coordination with stakeholders
Training in sections related to Front Office, including: Reception, Operator, Guest relation, Reservation, Housekeeping, Business center and Concierge.
