GB Auto is leading player in automotive industry. It is an assembler/distributor of passenger cars/commercial vehicles in Egypt, Algeria, Jordan, Iraq and Dubai.

2004-2007: Planning for implementing Oracle Apps, Gap analysis where the legacy sys was BAAN, Change Management, Migration plan, Defined Testing scenarios, Prototype, UAT, User Training, Go Live support for 15 companies with different business activities.
2007-2008: Improve the implementation environment achieving GB Auto as a potential member in the stock market. Facilitate smooth audit by Price Water Cooper auditors.
2009-2010: Consolidating the affiliated companies into one on line web network environment insuring the full integration having one daily Trial Balance. Defining and performing the KPI’s to monitor and to measure the business flow processes.
2010-2011: Upgrading Oracle to release 12, Migration plan, Utilize the new features and doing the related change management.
2011-2012: Re-design the Chart Of Accounts to align the business growth. Hence re-implement Apps modules and utilize the SLA added feature.

• I managed the implementation covering O2C and P2P cycles driving the instantaneous JE flow to GL. The modules affecting the activities of the GB Account Receivable sector, Account Payables, Cash Management, Safe boxes, Treasury, Bank, Customer department, Sale, Fixed Assets, Notes Receivable, Notes Payable, Purchasing, Inventory, Costing, Budget, BOM, Manufacture and General Ledger in all companies. Managing the Oracle application setup and resolving technical and business problems in the application environment.
• Played a vital role in providing crucial information, reports and system alerts.
• Conducted the business high management, present alternative solutions, developing change management design re-engineering for the business processes.

I left GB Auto Aug 2012 after completing the projects then travelled for completing my Master degree on Dec 2012.

FaDWaSP was a Dutch-funded development project working under supervision of Netherlands. The client was the company of Water and Sanitation in Fayoum. I worked in Cyprus, Fayoum-Egypt and Netherlands locations.

• Evaluated and identified organizational requirements to establish operating procedural standards, recommended IT infrastructure requirements to ensure acceptable levels of security, disaster management, and data recovery plans.
• Designed sites and WAN, formulated quotations, wrote RFP, estimated bidder’s quotation, supervised procurement process, managed tenders and inspection process in procure hardware and software.
• Performed training plan.
• Monitored and controlled budget and the performance indicators to the Dutch donor and to the client.
• Involved in analysis and designing for EDAMS program with the developer company “Hydrocom” in Cyprus for water billing system. Then I supervised the stages of BPM, Gap analysis, system Design, configuration, perform decision support reports and Go Live support.
• Analyzed issues concerning consultancy IT and business activities of client organization.
• Resolved various issues pertaining to financial applications, customer care, payroll, personnel, general ledger, revenue, bills and geographical information sys for piping networks underground.
