Responsible for reporting to the Human Resources Manager on improving our services in speeding up immigration and passport issues, and how to further cement the relationship between the company and its employees.
Also in involved in writing job descriptions, advertising vacancies.
Duties:
•Providing effective administrative support for the HR Advisors and Managers.
•Resolving salary queries with the payroll department.
•Writing up offers of employment letters.
•Managing the leave procedure and process for any departing staff.
•Escalating issues to the HR Officer or senior managers.
•Producing reports and statistical information when required.
•Provide simple information and reference service using print and online sources.
•Provides reader’s advisory service.
•Present programs, book talks, and tours.
•Provide a full range of circulation services, including patron registration and transactions.
•Edits catalog records.
•Process and repairs library materials.
•Assists in creating promotional materials, writing reports, and maintaining files.
•Makes recommendations related to improving procedures.
•Participates in staff meeting.
•Perform other duties as may be deem necessary and/or as per instructions.
•Handle all correspondences of the Manager
•Public relation officer
•Arrange all travel itinerary of the Manager
•Maintains communication equipment by reporting problems
•Perform other duties as assigned.
Areas of Expertise
Organizing meetings for future delegations and experts in work assignments. Experience in all government transaction information including passports, health guarantee workers and mission visits.
Skills of Microsoft Office in the preparation of lists and official letters in the administrative areas and review the lists of employees

*Maintaining accurate records of all training undertaken by members of staff.
*Able to build effective working relationships with HR managers and employees in all departments.
*Extensive knowledge of the standard terms and conditions of employment.
*Presenting information in forms, tables and spreadsheets.
*Monitoring sickness and unauthorized leave and taking action to stop any abuse.
*Quickly informing staff of any changes to their existing employment contracts.
