Marketing Strategy: Develops the marketing strategy for SDC based on the strategic goals of the organization.
Monitoring Performance: Monitors the performance of all sections
Resource Management: Allocates resources (financial and personnel) to execute the activities of the department.
Leadership: Inspires and motivates the staff to achieve organizational objectives
Communication: ensure that SDC's message clear and communicated to all stake holders and create creative communication channels to build loyalty and participation.
Volunteer & Donor Relationships: Assists all the departments in establishing, developing relationships with the donor and volunteer communities.
Event Management: Assumes overall responsibility for conducting / participating in events for SDC and guides staff to ensure that events are conducted smoothly and effectively.
Media, Community & Public Relations: Ensure that positive relationships are maintained with the print, television and radio media, affiliate and government authorities

Worked in most of Qatar’s prestige’s events that attended by H.H sheikh Hamad Bin Khalifa Amir of State of Qatar and Her Highness Mozah Bint Nasser, such as:
