Key Responsibilities:
• Overseeing all elements of the order processing and fulfillment lifecycle, confirming PO & placing orders for 2 departments within 2 days.
• Handling the tool that helped the sales team to place orders and control all the features in it.
• Imparting customer training so they can use the tool for checking the references and prices and all the commercial details.
