Main responsibilities:
* Provides individual psychological counseling for adult.
* Assess the mental health needs for the beneficiaries and develop treatment plan .
* support in the supervision of structured group PSS activities, in line with DRC Jordan's PSS SOPs and DRC Jòrdan PSS manual .
* assess issues include PTSD, depression, anxiety and stress, develop treatment plans.
main responsibilities:
* Cary out evaluation of mental health needs of patients and a plan of therapy.
*Providing psychological support and psychotherapy sessions (individual, family) to patients in order to improve their mental health conditions.
* Providing clinical support to counselors as requested under supervisor’s instruction.
* Conduct individual and dyad psychotherapy, including first assessment based on the individual needs and abilities of the beneficiaries according to the framework implemented in the projects.
* Carry out of the duties of the clinical supervisor upon request.
* Provide psychological care to beneficiaries, analyzing the best treatment strategy and creating a treatment plan for each case, under the supervision of the clinical supervisor.
* Participate in team meetings to share experience and discuss special cases with other professionals. “conduct case discussions meetings”.
* Conduct trainings related to psychological topics, (psycho trauma, psychological first aids…).
*Develop training packages on MHPSS approaches and capacity building.
* Provide psychological support for the patients and their families.
* Conduct individual psychotherapy, support group (anger management, early marriage…ect).
* Conduct Psychological First Aid for refugees and Jordanian staff from different NGOs.
* Conduct parental guidance groups, early marriage, child labor and many other topics of awareness sessions.
