compliance as per government norms.
• Operation & maintenance of Utilities like screw air compressors and cooling tower.
• Responsible for issuing work safety permits to ensure zero accidents and incidents by providing
positive isolations.
• Responsible for upkeeping of equipment for continuous operation to achieve zero plant downtime due
to Utilities.
• Implementation of TPM practices like autonomous maintenance, preventive maintenance with 100%
compliance and keeping 5s standards in department.
• Implementation of PSM practiced in the department to achieve zero incident and accident.
• Responsible for continual improvement by implementation of Kaizen, QCs. Providing one-point lessons
(OPL) to update any changes.

• Operation and maintenance of 13 TPH solid fired boiler of rated pressure 21 Kg/cm² and 13 TPH oil
fired boiler of rated pressure 21 Kg/cm².
• Planning and execution boilers annual inspection complying IBR norms.
• Statutory compliance according to IBR, MPCB and Factory Act inside the factory premises.
• Operation and maintenance of boiler auxiliaries like hydraulic system, fuel feeding system, fuel
handling system.
• Operation and maintenance of hot water system, compressed air system, ETP & STP and Water
treatment plant.
• Documentation and compliance for ISO audits.
• Operation and maintenance of Hot water system, Air compressors, vacuum system and condensate
recovery systems.

• Operation of Tri-generation power plant consisting of 7.05 MW gas turbine, 10 MKcal gas fired
thermic fluid heater and 12 TPH Heat recovery steam generator of rated pressure 66 Kg/cm². Two
solid fired thermic fluid heaters (AFBC) of capacity 10 MKcal/HR each along with Waste heat recovery
units, ESP and coal handling & ash handling plant.
• Operation of Gas fired boilers of capacity 12 TPH, 05 TPH and 03 TPH. Gas fired thermic fluid heaters,
Vapor absorption machines, DM plants, Air compressors and Nitrogen plant.
• Managing Natural gas nominations as per plant requirement and minimizing penalties due to
imbalances and overdraws.
• Preparation of Daily and Monthly reports and analyzing plant performance, condensate recovery,
efficiencies and DM plant performance.
• Planning and execution boilers annual inspection complying IBR norms.
• Planning and executing preventive maintenance activities of utility department.
• Procurement of materials through SAP. Hands on experience in PM and MM module in SAP.

MAXWATT make condensing turbine.
• Efficiently handled an annual maintenance of AFBC boilers and its mountings & auxiliaries, steam
turbines, high pressure steam valves, coal handling plant, DM plant, Ash handling system, and cooling
water system.
• Troubleshooting electrical breakdowns and changeovers during normal operation of plant.
• Responsible for Communicating with process plants and fulfill their requirements without disturbing
cogeneration.
• Responsible for efficient and smooth operation of BOP & utilities and its maintenance.
• Ensuring compliance with various quality and safety maintenance guidelines at all stages, to achieve
cost reduction, waste reduction, curb pollution levels and better environment handling within the
plant.
• Adhering to Safety, Environment and Health standards in all functional areas and developing &
implementing measures for enhancing safety levels.
• Identifying root cause of failures and implementing quick breakdown solutions to put the machines
back in operation within minimum turnaround time.

• Managing maintenance of GE (GT-9FA+e) gas turbines, change of rotor, fuel nozzle assembly,
compressor stator vanes, IGV and EGV blades, HGPI- Inspection of hot gas path in reducing downtime
and enhancing operational effectiveness of equipment.
• Efficiently handled 2 Revivals, 2 major inspections, 1 HGPIs & 5 combustion inspections for Gas
Turbine.
• Responsible for maintaining Fuel gas regulating skid equipment such as liquid fuel storage tanks, fuel
gas heater, fuel gas scrubber, gas control valve, stop/speed ratio valve & also line-up for turbine start
up.
• Maintaining and inspecting Gas turbine blowers, lube oil and hydraulic oil pumps, fuel gas heat
exchangers, atomizing air heat exchangers & compressors and Inlet air filter house.
• Maintaining and inspecting cooling water system pipelines, pumps & draft type cooling towers.
• Accountable for maintenance of lube oil, seal oil and hydraulic oil AC & DC pumps and system.
