❖ Data reviewing and processing of transactions related to customer's mobile telephony and broadband.
❖ Refunds caused due to the accidental overpayment by customers/system issue are credited back onto the customer's bank accounts
❖ Barring customers of the services due to lack of payments & in cases where in customer has gone absconding
❖ Suspense Accounts - Matching the correct invoices against the payments made by the customers which do not match with the billing systems.
❖ Writing off Customer's account if the customer is absconding.
❖ Addition & Removal of cheque fees if customer has opted for a Cash/cheque payment mode.
❖ Maintaining and allotting work to the members who all work on the same process and keep a tracker sheet.

❖ Disconnections of the mobile no. who are fraud or who fail to pay on time.
❖ Work as a Super User in the process and assist other colleague.
❖ Indexed the wrongly routed email and rectify the error.

❖ Receive updates from clients from VC and give updates.
