Manage and analyse the performance report outputs to develop and refine the group’s business model
Translate the company’s strategy into an actionable execution framework, including five-year and annual objectives, KPIs, targets and strategic initiatives
Manage context analysis (internal and external) regularly to assess key challenges and re-evaluate opportunities and potential areas of improvement
