• Taking care of Micros POS System for Taqado.

• Handling new projects and upcoming Taqado Branches all over UAE.

• Planning and managing IT Setup of all new upcoming outlets.

• Keeping good communication and good relationships with IT Vendors and getting things updated as per Taqado Policy.

• Giving support to end users and outlets for all It related equipment’s and applications.

• Taking care if SAGE accounting software and all upcoming interfaces for accounting and POS systems.

• Identify problems and provide specific and effective solutions, working with internal and external resources to resolve problems quickly.

• Provide technical support and advice, assuring a timely and courteous response to email and telephone requests.

• Communicate regularly with users, keeping them informed of problem resolution timeline and action plans.

• Implement, Manage, log and track a help desk system.

• Proactively contribute ideas for improvement within the IT of the business.

• Monitor, configure and maintain equipment, including PC’s, terminal, servers, laptops, printers and mobiles/phones.

• Pursue personal development of skills and knowledge necessary for the effective performance of the role

• Ensure proper functioning of Micros and all other related F&B systems including accounting software, time keeping systems, office network etc.
