piece cans and ends making department (Oct 2013-till date.) Currently handling -2 can lines & 4 Ends lines. o Supporting Production Dept. by controlling tool's quality using precision measuring instruments. o The issuance of Spare Parts in Can-line & End-line. o Receiving, Storing, Issuing tools & dies for production machines as per standard specifications. o Record keeping of the tooling, attending to periodic inventory & requisition for stocks as needed. o Checking of tooling returned by Can-line & End-line production personnel & reporting damaged or worn-out tooling to superior. o Participating on maintenance jobs during plant preventive maintenance. o Participating in size conversion activities in both Can-line & End-line. o Preparing reports on damaged tooling & providing corrective/preventive solutions for future situation. o Sending information on weekly, monthly & annual basis of all tooling consumptions relating to the production of each body-maker & giving recommendations if out-of-target is achieved. o Issuing spare parts to production Cans & Ends & preparing record-keeping for SAP posting/transaction. o Preparing list of tools for regeneration to be sent to external company o Preparing PR for tooling and measuring equipment needed for ordering. o Proper maintenance & setting up of Die-sets in Cupper & Ends line presses. o Proper rehabilitation (cleaning, polishing and cross-hatching) & measurements of used tooling from Can-line &End-line production. o Conducting quarterly audit of company hand tools & preparing tally sheets for each department/section. Preparing final report of missing/damaged tools to each department o Ensuring calibration of all measuring instrument & equipment are properly updated. o Ensuring the food safety of the product.

(Oct 2012 - Sept 2013) o To design new dies by taking reference from Product's blueprint. o To prepare new engineering drawings by computing dimensions, tolerances & lay out of parts to make new die assembly for new product. o To repair die and assemble parts &sub-assemblies using hand tools. o To verify dimensions of product for accuracy & conformance to specifications using precision measuring instruments. o Leading the 20+ production team & service department representatives during the production shift. For eg. QC, Warehouse, Electronics & Electrical, Mechanical, Tool Room etc. o Resolving the issues for line (Quality, Spoilage, Production, Quantity) o Handling Manpower issues. o Maintaining the Efficiency for shift. o Preparing detailed shift report. o Responsible for the performance of whole brigade. o Holds the distinction of managing multiple tasks.

o Worked in Precision department: Set-up, operate & maintain a variety of machine tools to perform precision machining operations on following machines specially.
•VMC machines (FANUC, SEIMENSE & HEIDENHAIN), CNC Lathe machines with FANUC control. o Working closely with the design, quality and manufacturing process and product quality of Die Casting Dies specially for two wheeler automobiles (Bajaj, TVS) o CNC Programming and Machine Maintenance. o Verify dimensions of finished parts to ensure they conform to specifications using dial indicators, gauge blocks, calipers, and micrometers. o Select the appropriate metals and materials to be used based on properties, ensuring they meet project specifications. o Giving the instruction and guiding the machine operators o Study the tool drawings, prepare process plan, and move the part to machine. o Plan the pre machining and heat treatment. o Developing strategic and operational plans for Manufacturing. o Preparation/Validation of work instructions manuals/test procedures. o ISO-9001:2008 Quality System of Department Documentation.

•In Assembly section worked on various assemblies such as Press Tools, Drawing Tools, Moulds, Die Casting Dies, Gauges, Fixtures & Jigs by fitting & assembling machined metal parts & sub-assemblies using hand & power tools by reading engineering drawings, blueprints or study samples .
