Treating clients who have a range of mental health problems via an online portal.
• Delivering a range of techniques to patients with a range of mental health problems on a weekly, individual basis
- Assessing and discharging clients
• Collaborating with consultants, therapists, the staying well team and multidisciplinary team (MDT team)
• Administrative tasks i.e. responding to emails, telephone calls, filling
• Undertaking triage assessments (contacting clients during the initial stages of the therapy process, to establish their problems, and baseline measures of distress
• Delivering a range of CBT groups to clients with a variety of mental health problems
• Key working patients on high, medium and low risk. This entailed monitoring their therapy progress and ensuring that their funding and costs were up to date with their insurance policies.
• Collaborating with consultants, nursing, and MDT team.
