DRIVE TEST AND OPTIMOZATION OF 2G, 3G AND LTE NETWORK.
• Network-Optimization & LTE Drive test (Using Tems14.4.1). Performing RF Coverage. Acceptance Test of LTE SSV Reports in Muscat (Oman)
• Testing and trouble shooting of Network attach detach issues in LTE network
• Troubleshooting of DL/UL throughput with Wire shark, UDP/TCP Testing and troubleshooting
• Sound understanding of OFDM, OFDMA and SC-FDMA in general
• Sound understanding of LTE Access domain in particular
• Ability to go through 3GPP specifications and come up with detailed test plans
• Significant experience in testing L1 (PHY) and/or L2 layers in LTE domains
• Desired experience in testing MIMO.
• Drive test log analysis for DL/UL throughput /Attach Detach delay/Ho delay analysis with Tems Discovery Professional 4.0.8-Post processing tool
Work for different Vendor company in Telecom Industries as RF drive tester and optimization Engineer.
RF Drive Test & Field Optimization Of Network (WCDMA).
• SCFT of new integrated sites, Cluster drive, Cluster optimization, Customer complains.
• Perform Acceptance Test (AT) For Airtel 3G in Hyderabad.
• Network Tuning and Physical optimization with Drive Test Tool: Tems Investigation 9.1, 10.0.5, 12.0.5.
• In this part, we go ahead with physical verification of the site as per plan data and to rectify any discrepancy if any. Test performed during SCFT are MOC & MTC for both Video & Voice calls, Data Test (HSPA & Release99 for both Uplink & Downlink), IRAT Test (3G to 2G), Handover Test (3G to 3G) & Coverage Test (CPICH RSCP & CPICH EC/No).
• Diagnose RF related problems such as Call Failures, HO Failures, Bad Quality, Poor Coverage, Hardware Failures, Missing Neighbors.
• Initial tuning and Pre-Launch optimization of the network.
• Verification of the initial and predicted coverage plots.
• Report making of CPICH RSCP, CPICHEc/No& SC for New sites and Cluster Drive.
• Making & Comparing Power Point Presentation of Pre & Post Optimization- CPICH RSCP, CPICH EC/lo, Scrambling Code (SC).
• Measurement of physical parameters like Latitude, Longitude, Azimuth, Tilt, Height of Antenna and solving coverage problems by giving required mechanical & electrical tilts.
• Handover optimization 3G to 3G, 3G to 2G.
• Analysis of Cluster Reports and Physical Optimization to improve the coverage.
• RF Survey for new planned sites.
QUALIFICATION • B.E in Electronics from Shivaji University Kolhapur. • Completed 10+2 from H.P. STATE BOARD. • Completed High School from H.P. STATE BOARD. EXPRIENCE • 3 years of experience in 3g and 2G and LTE network drive testing and optimization.
