• Performs general clerical duties like photocopying, faxing, mailing and filing
• Performs routine bookkeeping functions
• Entertains phone calls in appropriate manner
• Prepare and maintain expenses report
• In-charge in purchasing office supplies
• Maintain an effective and organized record of In and Out customers
• Updating subsidiary ledger of the customers
