Implemented value engineering system of cost reduction & control across the company for consumables like carry bags, garment tags, stationery, vehicle hiring, etc. Extended assistance in company law & company account related matters; Implemented tax planning for Sales Tax, Octroi, etc.

Responsibilities included managing finance department and preparing monthly reports for management. Streamlined the financial accounting and internal control system; designed and developed MIS in the areas of Sales, Production, Inventory and Financial Accounts; analytically reviewed of yearly accounts, ratio analysis, funds & cash flow.

Conducted Work related with Cost Accounting, Management Accounting, Financial Accounting, Auditing and Taxation.

Conducted various types of audit like Bank Audits, Tax Audits, Audit of various Branches of BSNL, Audit of Non Profit Organizations.
