Responsibilities: • Familiar with the ASTA, AOAC, FCC, FDA methods of testing Food products and flavours
• Check the quality parameters of RM, In process and FG samples and release the results as per the sampling plans and specifications.
• In process development activities like to change the solvent ratio or to change the solvent and to increase the yield.
• Trace analysis of different spices and Qualitative analysis of essential oils.
• Trial works in black tea decaffeination and analysis of ingredients in black tea- Theaflavin and Caffeine.
• Pesticide residue analysis mainly Organo phosphorous and Organo chlorine pesticides
• Modification works in existing spice oleoresins as per customer enquiry, product specification and target sample.
• Expertise in working in ISO 22000, HACCP &GLP, systems and Food saftey Protocols in Export Oriented Spice industry.
• Water & ETP analysis - Residual sulphite, Residual Chlorine, Total Alkanity, Total Hardness, PH, TDS, TSS, Oil & Grease etc.
