• Reporting to MEP Coordinator.
• Preparation of tender drawings, shop drawings, detail drawings, section, diagrams.
• Reviewing sub-contractor drawings, change orders, calculation, reports and all other project documents and submitting to document control team for further process.
• Coordinating with design (MEP, Construction), site and subcontractors teams to resolve problems.
• Drafting master sketches to scale showing relation of proposed installations to existing facilities and exact specifications and dimensions.
• Visiting proposed installation sites and draw rough sketches of location.
• Explain drawings to construction teams and provide adjustments as necessary.
• Incorporation of consultant commented drawings and RFI responses.
• Preparing Life Safety Drawings (Building Plans, Fire Alarm, Emergency Evacuvation ) for QCDD ( Qatar Civil Defense Department ) Apporoval.
• Coordinating with enabling team (overlaying all shop drawings to find out clashes and reporting to Enabling Manager & Interface Manager.)
• Coordinating with surveyor’s team to mark the area to excavate on site and survey drawings.
• Coordinating for latest engineering drawings.
• Updating & Maintaining Engineering drawings register and soft copy in server to access all departments.
• Preparing weekly and monthly progress reports to support weekly and monthly meetings.
• Strong background in online documentation management system (Aconex).
• Operate AutoCAD, 2D and 3D Modeling.
• Mainly responsible for preparation of shop drawings as per Tender drawings.
• Preparation of Elevations, Sectional detail drawings.
• Preparation of Mock-Up drawings.
• Incorporation of consultant commented drawings and RFI responses.
• Coordinating with enabling team (overlaying all shop drawings to find out clashes and reporting to Enabling Manager & Interface Manager.)
• Coordinating with surveyor’s team to mark the area to excavate on site and survey drawings.
• Coordinating for latest engineering drawings.
• Updating & Maintaining Engineering drawings register and soft copy in server to access all departments.
• Participating in preparing presentation.

• Preparations of Builders work drawings.
• Preparation Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing and Drainage Layouts and sectional details.
• Preparation of accurate material quantity list as per approved drawings.
• Preparation of As-Built drawings as per approved shop drawings and redline drawings.
• Reporting to Design Engineer.
• Preparation of Villa layout plans.
• Preparation of Villa elevations.
• Preparation of Mock-Up drawings.
• Preparation of Villa Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Drainage drawings.
