o Responsible for the development of IT and telecommunications infrastructure and all the means necessary for the production. And ensure the continuity of service, performance and optimization of the IT of the company in respect of its strategic directions.

o Managing Datacenter security and areas. (Access control, fire protection, Firewall, VPN access, data Access, data backup, cooling, …, etc.)

o Implement of the IT helpdesk service via “Jira Service Desk”.
o Develops and maintains the systems architecture as part of our customer projects or our production environment.

I started my career at SYSTEL. A company specialized in integration domain, networking, Call Center an Enterprise communication. I’ve started at the position of Integration Engineer and system for 5 years. Then I was promoted to the position of IT Manager.
My Responsibilities at SYSTEL was as follow:
o Team Leading
o Managing system engineering (Unix and Windows) Team
o Pre‐sales support.
o Design and complex architecture solution implementation.
o Infrastructure project management. (Resources, cost, time, risk)
o Management of housing projects (outsourcing, web hosting, hosting, etc.)

o Integration and implementation of network platform, complex systems and solutions for business.
