I was the head of ZITOUNA TAKAFUL insurance agency; I provided insurance coverage for both individuals and companies. As I have broad knowledge of life and non-life insurance I maintained sales growth in line with the objectives.
Therefore I developed my experience in negotiation, problem-solving and decision making.
My main responsibilities included:
o Customising insurance programs ( to suit the needs of individual clients)
o Analysing customer policies and suggesting changes or additions to their policies.
o Helping policy holders settle claims.
I taught two courses, for the License applied in ‘Bank Insurance and Finance' the academic year 2015-2017:
*the BANK-INSURANCE course in the first semester for third year students.
(BANK-INSURANCE, is a relationship between a bank and an insurance company, aimed at offering insurance products or insurance benefits to the bank's customers),
*and the Non LIFE INSURANCE course in the second semester for second year students.
(General insurance or non-life insurance policies, including automobile and homeowners policies, provide payments depending on the loss from a specific financial event. General insurance is typically defined as any insurance that is not determined to be life insurance).
I managed the production of a business portfolio, in this respect, I was asked to oversee the team in charge of tracking bills and claims as well as guiding the customer according to his needs .
I also managed insurance programs: tendering, issuing contracts, sending regular reporting, verification of premiums, fees and commissions, providing statistical and numerical analysis, responding to diverse customer demands.
I managed the production of a business portfolio. In this capacity, I guided the customer according to his needs. I also managed insurance programs: calculation of premiums, renewal operations, bidding, issuing contracts, providing statistical and numerical analysis, and response to various customer demands.
My tasks were structured around the following activities: Managing movement, settlement of sickness, handling and issuing hospital insurance coverage, managing third-party payer (hospital or clinic) and administrative processing prior agreements. The principle of optimum quality of service was required in all our services.
