Digitization Project -JIRA Software: I Worked directly
with the project leader, i was In charge to explain
complex information to non-technical stakeholders.
Created a detailed user guide using a wiki page on
confluence and provided. Granted JIRA admin access to
perform some tasks.
E-signature Project: Introduced a business case for the Esignature
technology to propose it to management, a
replacement strategy to go paperless.
System Documentation: Developed user-manuals, activity
diagrams, use case diagrams, Requirement gathering and
system documentation to allow smooth operations ans
usage for new users and easy system maintenance.
User Interface Design: Designed user interface for the
User Access Request System, using Balsamiq Software.
Graduation Project - software development - E-Menu:
Designed and built an E-Menu, using Visual Studio 2017
Enterprise to introduce the technology of E-Menu to the
bank and to automate the old traditional paper based
menu. By following the System Development Life Cycle
phases and user requirement gathering.
