LOGISTICS HEAD/BRANCH MANAGER
• Direct and manage all cargo/logistics/shipping/freight forwarding operational activities while leading the team of operations staff .
• Plans, develops, and maintains strong and effective working relationships with all external stakeholders and supports departments to ensure overall business objectives are met. Interacts and influences key customers and service providers to develop and improve business relationships.
• Responsible for managing operational efficiencies, optimizing space capacity usage safety, security standards and maintaining schedule integrity to provide the highest level of service quality standards.
• Continuously review and enhance work processes for effective running and optimum management of time and resources and set KPI’s for operational performance.
• Establishes a regular reporting mechanism to ensure there is a timely and consistent monitoring of operational, safety and financial performance of the branch.
• Leads the development and implementation of strategies and plans to ensure that Company activities meet the revenue, cost and profitability targets, ensures operating costs, revenue and profitability are monitored and exceeded where possible.
WAREHOUSE/LOGISTICS OPERATIONS MANAGER
• Implement Quality, Health, Safety and Environment (QHSE) policies and procedures to ensure all standards and requirements are compiled.
• Responsible for managing the entire e-commerce presence of organization/order fulfillment.
• Manage the assortment, select products for sale and take over the management of returns.
• Responsible for heading and managing the operation centrally with regards to planning, controlling & monitoring all fulfillment activities and setting up process to align warehouse operational activities for all hubs/ facilities in the different locations.
• Coordinate with customs and government authorities to ensure custom clearance procedures are compiled and legal requirements are met.
• Responsible for managing the entire e-commerce presence of organization/order fulfillment.

• Resolve challenges with WMS and continuously make efforts to innovate the operations with technology.

WAREHOUSE OPERATIONS/DELIVERY MANAGER
• Monitoring the quality, quantity, cost and efficiency of the movement and storage of goods and inventory Control.
• Negotiating best freight costs and good knowledge in trade and finance.
• Manage import export documentation for Vehicle export to all destinations.
• Solid knowledge of Fleet Management, shipping and handling procedures with hands on experience in a fast-paced distribution center handling high volumes of Retail / FMCG products.
• Monitor movement of products to storage areas (temperature controlled) with proper equipment to efficiently stack and store the merchandise in the appropriate area.
• Solid knowledge in Automotive industry, Power tools, valves & fitting and products to the oil field, marine engineering, construction industry, Oil &Gas.
• Formulate plan for warehouse management and maintenance.
• Monitoring the day to day transport movement through AVL tracking system.
LOGISTICS OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE
• Manage the team, operations and entries in WMS & SAP in an efficient manner, understanding the IT requirements and fulfilling them correctly to ensure all agreed KPI's with client are achieved.
• Review for continuous improvements appropriate operations policies and procedures so that effective practice and systems are in place to ensure that the operations activities are handled efficiently, in compliance with Legal/ Customs / Customer / requirements at all times.

factory rates for consolidators / integrators.
• Thorough knowledge of IMCO manifestation and LCL consolidation.
