Work Responsibilities:


 Motivating and supporting other staff in achieving their targets
 Every day conducting the sales review and reporting to Head Office
 Preparig the Budget for the Salalah Branch
 Training the new employees
 Achieving the sales target from the industrial sales and fleet customers.
 Maintain the relation with customers like, business Giants, rent a car owners, ministries, semi GOVT organizations, banks etc
 Handling the all outdoor promotional activities.
 Handling day to day outdoor activates and informing the top managers regarding the recent marketing developments
 Planning and functionalizing the outdoor campaign on the basis of the recent development and trends.
 Pro active against the activities of competitors.
 Helping the customers to exchange their old vehicles to the new vehicles by the help of trade in department by monitoring the evaluation and pricing.
 Monitoring and achieving the target of key parameters like deliveries, invoicing, prospects, test drives, referral sales, evaluation and trade in.
 Dealing the financial companies for providing financial help to the customers
 Monitoring and motivating the team members
