JOB DESCRIPTION
•Supervises and provides guidance and leadership to all workers
•Coordinates all support to all O&M and/or Construction Crafts and support shops
•Coordinates all roads and grounds maintenance on base camps
•Responsible for the Safety Training and Compliance for his Crews
•Maintains the short range look a-head plan for the labor shop
•Reviews and monitors cost and man-hour budget of the labor shop
•Develops an equipment and tool requirement plan
•Provides leadership to the crews
•Creates organizational processes and procedures
•Advises the workers of statues issues, impacts, risk factors and cost factors
•Reviews and monitors cost and man hour budgets
•Coordinates labor support to all Crafts and insures Craft Supervisors are informed of progress and issues
