Product marketing
Manage and execute the marketing and promotional activities for the Retail Food Division, and provide leadership towards achieving maximum, awareness, productivity and profitability in line with company’s vision, mission and values.
• Manage a portfolio of 23 leading brands, including Rio Mare Tuna and Whittaker’s Chocolate
• Manage the sales operations and in trade marketing/promotional activities of Carrefour, LULU and Meera Hypermarkets in Qatar selling food and non-food leading brands with the objective of growing the business, gain market share, maximize profitability and utilize the trade investment.
• Managing all the Company’s Events (Promotions, Raffle Draws, Displays, Exhibitions etc…)
• Managing the Sampling Department (Promoter training…)
• Coordinate with the creative and production agencies with regards to POSM and related artwork
• Created New Website (E-brochure designs, Company profile…).
• Dealing with Different agencies in order to Recruit Promoters with different nationalities (Arabs, Asian, Europeans)
• Plan and coordinate promotional activities on country level and store tailor made.
• Work out the monthly/yearly value and volume forecasts in line with the supply chain team, towards achieving brand/category volume/value targets
• Create, update and study value/volume and visibility score cards maintaining a successful progress and provide insights/plans to drive competitive advantage.
• Collaborate with all the teams to measure and review category and brand performance.
• Run and design market research studies
